2018年9月ACCA考试科目P1和P3被取消，取而代之的是一门新科目的诞生：Strategic Business Leader，中文名为战略商业领袖，简称SBL。SBL课程共包含的８大模块、核心知识点，具体如下：

考试时间：4小时

考试题型：1道案例题，试题12-18页

分数设置：Technical Knowledge 80%；Professional Skill 20%
