3，如果金额在所属会计期间没有确定。这种情况取确定的日期。例如，公司会计年度是2017年1月1日到12月31 日，确定director 2017年度的奖金的时间是2018年3月5日，但没有记账。这种情况虽然确定的是2017年度的奖金，但取2018年3月5日考虑孰早。
