Senior Finance Analyst

职责描述

—The role we are looking for will be supporting monthly cost analysis and reporting , quarterly forecast and annual planning activities for our Operations and IT functions.

—Data: Analyze and interpret volume data, GL transactions and headcount reports Liaison: 

—Liaise with the onshore team in HK, BU Heads/Leads and Finance teams within MIL

—Reporting: Prepare monthly variance analysis by cost center and cost buckets. Assist in FTE planning and reporting

—Analysis: Sensitivity analysis, business case review, and other ad hoc analysis 

—Finance: Participate in formulating budgets and forecasts

—Other Work as Assigned

任职需求

—Bachelor Degree or above (ACCA holder or Candidate preferred)

—Language: proficient in both English speaking and writing, Cantonese highly preferred

—Communication: strong interpersonal skills

—Tool: proficient in Excel functions/formulas and pivot table; good at common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio); knowledge in MS Access (DB maintenance and data query) is preferred

—Reporting skills: experience in management reporting/accounting 

—Strong logical and critical thinking, and attentive to details: strong ability in identifying and resolving issues

—Willing to work on flexible shift and to multi-task on ad-hoc work assignments

—Fast onboard is preferred
