　　1. 财务经理/Finance Manager

　　Job description：

　　1.Responsible for company accounting system steup， and regular accounting work including monthly/quarterly/yearly funds‘ reporting；

　　2.Responsible for legal entities‘ compliance with local legal/regulatory/tax requirements； including CSRC regulation；

　　3.Coordinate with outsourced service provider Responsible for fund operations including capital call， SPV registration， etc. and coordinate with investment team；

　　4.Liaise with domestic or overseas banks for cash management；

　　5.As a team member and manager， responsible for finance workflow improvement and optimization；

　　6.Other assigned work；

　　7.This position reports to the Executive Director / CFO.

　　Qualification：

　　1.With high integrity， honest and reliable；

　　2.University degree or above， major in accounting/finance；

　　3.A recognized accounting designation （China CPA， US CPA or CMA） is preferred， or under study；

　　4.At least 5 years‘ work experience in accounting/finance with at least 1 year work experience in a management position； Preferred for those who works in Chinese/Foreign banks， trust companies or fund management companies for accounting/finance functions， or for those who works for big 4；

　　5.Proficient in accounting software （SAP/ Users‘ friend / Kingdee， etc）

　　6.Good command of spoken and written English；

　　7.Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as outside stakeholders；

　　8.Can work independently as well as having teamwork spirit；

　　9.With can-do attitude； can work under pressure and late hours.

　　2. 会计/Accountant

　　Job description：

　　1.协助财务经理做好日常的财务工作，包括现金管理及记账；

　　2.能够熟练使用财务软件（用友，金蝶等）；

　　3.负责公司保税，年检等事宜；

　　4.负责公司员工报销等；

　　5.其他分配的工作；

　　6.此职位汇报给财务经理。

　　Qualification：

　　1. 诚实可靠；

　　2．本科学历，至好是财务/会计/金融专业；

　　3．两年或以上财务相关工作经验；熟悉中国会计准则，欢迎CPA 或CMA的在读者；

　　4. 能够熟练使用财务软件；

　　5. 能够用英语沟通；

　　6. 工作积极主动，具有团队协作精神；能够在压力下工作，能够加班。
