美国超导起诉中国华锐风电剽窃软件（双语）
American Superconductor, once a star of the clean energy sector, is suing China’s largest wind turbine manufacturer over alleged software theft, in one of the most acrimonious conflicts to break out between US and Chinese companies over the issue of intellectual property.
曾经是清洁能源领域明星企业的美国超导公司(American Superconductor)正以软件剽窃为由，起诉中国最大风力发电机制造商华锐风电(Sinovel)，这是美中企业围绕知识产权问题爆发的最激烈冲突之一。
The group, which supplies components and systems for wind turbines, said on Wednesday night it was bringing civil and criminal actions in China against Sinovel, the wind turbine manufacturer that had been its largest customer.
为风力发电机提供零配件和系统的美国超导公司周三夜间表示，正在中国对此前是其最大客户的华锐风电提起民事和刑事指控。
Sinovel could not be immediately reached for comment.

In a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission, American Superconductor said it “believes that Sinovel illegally obtained and used the company’s intellectual property”.
在提交给美国证交会(SEC)的一份申报文件中，美国超导公司表示，该公司“认为，华锐风电非法获取并使用了本公司的知识产权”。
It called on the Chinese to stop selling turbines using its software, which helps to control connections to the grid, and to pay damages. The move follows months of dispute between American Superconductor and Sinovel, the world’s second-largest turbine manufacturer, which had accounted for about 75 per cent of the US company’s sales.
美国超导公司呼吁这家中国企业停止销售使用其软件的风力发电机并支付损害赔偿金。这种软件帮助控制风力发电机与电网的连接。此前，美国超导公司和全球第二大风力发电机制造商华锐风电爆发长达数月的纠纷，华锐风电曾占到美国超导公司销售收入的约75%。
